Welcome to The Muffins Party! Please take some time to read through this before placing an order. In the event of a dispute, failure to comprehend these terms will not be accepted. Payment for any orders signifies your agreement to the T&Cs listed here. TERMS & CONDITIONS By using The Muffins Party's blog and purchasing with us, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, that will be updated by us from time to time without prior notice. The Muffins Party reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Terms & Conditions without notice. Please read through the details below carefully before placing an order with us. Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes or refunds. For in-stock item orders, payment is to be made within the given time frame of 24 hours; unless otherwise agreed upon. Items will be released for sale if payment is not received in the time stipulated. All dead buyers will remain in The Muffins Party's database and will be banned from future purchases. PRODUCTS Do note that we have made every effort to display all products according to the most accurate colours and designs. Various computer monitors may render colours differently and as such, the actual colours of the products may differ slightly from what you see on screen. Maximum effort is put in to ensure its accuracy. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice. All items sold are non-refundable but exchanges are welcome. A one-to-one replacement of the same product will be made in terms of defects. Should the product be sold out at the point of return or is out of stock for a preorder, a full refund will be issued. Reservations are strictly not allowed at The Muffins Party. PRICING Prices are inclusive of normal postage charges for Singapore addresses. For registered local mail, there is an additional charge of $2.25 per parcel. All the prices stated are final and non-negotiable. PAYMENT Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended; however, if you’ve made an ATM transfer, please take a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt and email it to us together with your payment details. ATM transfers without snapshot of receipt will be treated as an invalid order. Payments will be verified within 24 – 48 hours depending on volume of order. REFUNDS Full refunds will be made if preorder items are out of stock or unavailable. Details of your bank account information will be required for full refunds purpose. DELIVERY The Muffins Party ships islandwide. We will not be held liable for lost parcels if a customer chooses to opt for normal mail. We strongly encourage all buyers to opt for registered parcels for a peace of mind. The Muffins Party uses SingPost to ship all parcels within or out of Singapore. The Muffins Party will not be liable for any delayed lost parcels under SingPost's responsibility. Self-collection is only available for large purchases. A self-collection validity email will be sent to you after receiving your payment of the products. Postage prices will be refunded upon collection.
