Product Information

Where are your products from?

Products from The Muffins Party are usually imported from South Korea and Taiwan.

What is the difference between INSTOCK and PREORDER items?
INSTOCK items will take 2 - 3 working days to be dispatched to your address.
PREORDER items will take 10 - 14 working days upon payment due to overseas shipping from South Korea.

How do i get informed of the latest products on The Muffins Party?
Please leave your email on our mailing list! We send out mailers every time we have new updates, preorders and sales! Do remember to add our email (themuffinsparty@gmail.com) into your safe list to prevent our mail from going into your junk folder!

What should i do if i have more questions regarding a product?

Order Procedures

How do I place an order?


The Muffins Party To get a quick understanding of the ordering procedure, we've provided some pointers below for your convenience. Please take some time to read through if you need help in ordering.

a) Browse our site through the different categories on the main navigation.

b) Choose the quantity, design, and order through the Order Form here.

c) When the order has been placed, you will receive an invoice email. Please reply with the ATM transaction slip or iBanking nickname after making payment.

d) Payment verification will be made within the next 12 - 36 hours depending on the volume of orders. We will send you an email once your payment has been verified.

e) Please make your payment and respond to us within 24 hours. The Muffins Party reserves the right to release your items for sale if no payment or replies were made during the stipulated timeframe. The Muffins Party will blacklist users accordingly if unpaid invoices are accumulated for a total of 3 counts. The dead buyers will be blocked and future purchases will not be valid.

Returns & Exchanges

Items are not allowed for exchange, unless otherwise stated on the product page. The exchange item must be in perfect condition, unless otherwise discussed via email. Item that is returned with defects will be ignored.


No cash refunds are allowed for all returned goods except for incorrect items sent or items with defects. Do note that the returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. It is strongly recommended that you opt for a registered service with tracking of parcel. Postage will not be refunded for exchange items unless received item is wrong or has defects.
Charges applies for redelivery if customer provides a wrong address or insufficient mailing address details on invoice (please double check address on invoice as prompted). Redelivery charges are:
  • $2.50 for redelivery of 1 item.
  • $6 for redelivery of all items 3 pieces and above
