How do I place an order? Postage and handling for orders sent within Singapore are included in the selling price. In the event that a mass meet-up collection is arranged, postage will not be refunded unless registered mail charges were paid beforehand.  a) Parcels sent within Singapore should be delivered in approximately 2-3 working days (Mon - Fri) for INSTOCK items. b) Parcels sent within Singapore should be delivered in approximately 7-14 working days (Mon - Fri) for PREORDER items. c) Local parcels are sent via SingPost. Registered Articles can be tracked via a tracking number. Registered mail service is strongly advised as customers would have to bear the risks of lost parcels as it is almost impossible to trace lost parcels without a tracking number. d) Customers can choose to opt for registered mail at a additional cost of $2.25. e) Do note that in an event of lost parcels, The Muffins Partywill not be responsible and will only send a lost parcel report to SingPost. I have a question before ordering. What should i do?  We strongly encourage all our customers to drop us an email with their questions before any purchase. You can drop us an email with your question to themuffinsparty@gmail.com and we will answer your queries within 24 to 36 hours. Please take note that we do not accept orders via email unless otherwise stated. Why do I need to take a clear snapshot of my ATM transaction receipt or provide you with my iBanking nickname? The above mentioned methods are the only way that we can track your payments as ATM transfers do not indicate your name on our iBanking statement. We strictly require a snapshot of your ATM transaction receipt as verification. Therefore, to track upcoming transfers daily, we have to verify with a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt. If you have made a transfer with iBanking, please indicate your iBanking nickname for us to verify your payment. The Muffins Party has the rights to dismiss the transfer if the receipt is unclear or there is no receipt provided.
